About Our Services
We service most of Charlotte! Specific areas include; Southend, Dilworth, Myers Park, Madison Park, Sedgefield, Cotswold, Elizabeth, Plaza Midwood, and Uptown.
There is a $5 upcharge for areas that are 15 minutes or more from our general service areas.
No problem, we will still come to you! Please make sure that the doorman is expecting us and/or that we have a key and fob to get into your home, building, and parking garage. We also service retirement homes, assisted living homes, and hospitals that accept pups and service dogs in need of exercise!
Absolutely! We want to meet you and your pet to ensure that we can provide the best match of services for you and your pets. If you would like to opt out of a meet and greet, that’s fine too.
You can leave a copy of your key with your sitter, disclose the location where a spare is hidden, or with your permission we can make a copy for us to keep for future services.
All of our team members are prepared to administer medication. We just ask that details regarding dosage and medication storage are provided in advance.
We provide photos and updates mainly via text or e-mail. Feel free to let us know if you’d love more or less updates while you’re away!
Our schedule is customized to meet your pet’s needs. We will get there as soon as you ask us to!
Yes! We are both bonded and insured.
Payment and Fees
Payment is due upon booking. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards. If you would like to pay with cash or check, we ask for a $10 deposit, which will go towards your total payment. The remainder will be collected once services are completed.
This is never expected, but very appreciated by our sitters!
We understand that sometimes life can get “ruff!” Because of high demand, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if there are changes in your needs. Please notify us more than 72 hours in advance in order to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
- within 72 hours, 40% of total invoice
- within 48 hours, 60% of total invoice
- within 24 hours, 75% of total invoice
Yes, there is a $5 charge for each extra pet we are caring for.
Holidays and Weather
MAJOR holidays will have a $10 charge applied the day before, the day of, and the day after. These holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
MINOR holidays will have a single $10 charge applied the day of. These holidays include: Valentine’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Veteran’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Halloween.
We will take care of your pet rain or shine! If there are life-threatening weather conditions and we cannot get to your pet, we will contact you immediately.
Because we have a limited amount of sitters, walkers, and space, we kindly ask our clients to book services as early as possible. Please note that there are additional charges for last minute bookings and last minute cancellations.

You can cancel or reschedule services by calling us as (980) 999-0105. We ask that you give us a 72+ hour notice.
Please note that there is a fee for canceling or rescheduling services within 72 hours.
